OK - here we are at step two of my ultimate eight-step guide to healthy living.

In step one last month, I encouraged you to visit your doctor for a health check and complete blood work. So, how is your health looking?

If you know that you have chronic health problems (heart disease, diabetes, depression, arthritis or other conditions) treatment is a clear priority for healthy living.

Addressing these issues typically isn't a do-it-yourself task. Continue to work with your doctor or healthcare professional to manage or eliminate your condition. If you need further support, information or help, try these health organisations and associations:

The same goes for risky behaviours such as smoking or addictions of any kind. True health means being free of heavy emotional burdens that addictions foster, so must also be addressed and managed as part of your healthy living strategy. For help and support try these organisations:
