Mining Family Matters
is committed to
providing practical,
professional information
services and support
to Australia’s mining
families.

If your family is often separated due to FIFO and you're finding that current technologies aren't good enough for keeping you all united, the University of Melbourne would love to hear from you.

Kostas Kazakos, a PhD student in the university's Department of Information Systems, is aiming to develop a deeper understanding about the role of technology in reuniting 'distributed' families.

Participants will be asked to take part in two interviews (of no more than two hours each) and also one focus group which will last about an hour (although please note you don't necessarily need to live in Melbourne to be involved). You'll also be entitled to a $25 gift certificate.

If you're interested, please contact Kostas on kkazakos@kazakos.info.
