We all know lists are essential at Christmas - so here are my top five websites for everything from decorations to craft ideas. Enjoy!

Five of my favourite Christmas decorations

An exciting discovery for me this month has been Scoop Designs, creators of the gorgeous reindeer ornament pictured right. Online at Scoop you will find an amazing range of unique jewellery, mirrors, cushions and Christmas decorations ... find these and more at http://scoopsdesign.bigcartel.com/products

A Noel Garland (only $9.50) from Emerald + Ella will be hanging on my mantle this year. Made with tin letters strung on jute it has a vintage and homemade feel to it. You will also find beautiful paper bags, twine and tags for Christmas www.emeraldandella.com.au

This wonderful Star Deco Kit from Polli (pictured left) contains 35 beautiful stars printed on recycled cardboard and 6m of red twine. The clever thing is you can turn the kit into a garland, gift tags or hanging decorations! All for $19.95 and it also comes in blue www.polli.com.au

The very stylish Elk Puzzle ornament from Have You Met Miss Jones is simple yet stunning. It also comes in a deer, hedgehog and rabbit shape. If simple, stylish and white decor is your thing, you will not be disappointed with the great range of decorations and gifts at www.haveyoumetmissjones.com.au

For something a little different, wall stickers from Cocoon Couture are just delightful! Find them and gorgeous Christmas Sacks at www.cocooncouture.com.au

Five of the best all-round online gift websites

If you haven't paid Hard to Find a visit recently, you've missed all the new arrivals and their extensive and cute Christmas range. Check it out now www.hardtofind.com.au

My favourite time of the year is when Lark opens their Christmas Shop YAY! This just tops off the amazing range of gifts available all year. It really is worth a visit with lots of new and unique items being added every week www.larkmade.com.au

Raw Space never stops surprising me every time I visit, with their unbelievable range of quirky, kitsch and unusual items www.rawspace.com.au

A wonderful online store stocking a large range of stylish gifts is Iced White. There are gifts for the ladies, men and babies, very cool homewares and gorgeous Christmas decorations www.icedwhite.com.au

For the 'feel good' factor this Christmas take some time to have a look at the amazing range of items available at Ethical Gifts – I promise you will be surprised by what you find! www.ethicalgifts.net.au (Oxfam Shop is another great one to visit and they also have some really gorgeous Christmas decorations www.oxfamshop.org.au)

Five homemade Christmas craft ideas

Make a bunch of these gorgeous snowflake decorations (left) and turn them into a beautiful garland to hang this year. They look great covered in glitter for some extra sparkle.  Find directions and more inspiration from Martha Stewart.

Turn your old magazines into Christmas trees – this project is sure to keep the kids busy folding for hours! Tissue paper/honeycomb style decorations seem to be popular this year so these are a great and cheap alternative – recycling at its best! Click here.

Thanks to Martha Stewart for providing easy to follow instructions to make this wonderful paper wreath. You will find over 40 different wreath ideas on her website as well as dozens of other Christmas craft ideas, cooking and inspiration.

If you can sew then you will love the homemade Christmas ornament ideas on Tip Junkie.  A great way to use up fabric and felt scraps.  There is also a beautiful little bird garland and angels to make, find templates and instructions here.

They call it a “no fuss kissing ball” to encourage festive kissing under the mistletoe. I think it’s a quick, easy and no-sew way to make gorgeous hanging decorations with scraps of fabric!  Find these and more here.

Five things I'm buying this Christmas

A Vault Long board (the new Skateboard!)for Oscar from Skateboard Express – Free and Fast delivery and excellent prices on all boards and accessories  www.skateboardexpress.com.au

Delicious scented bath products from Lush. Their new Christmas Gift Boxes are simply divine and come already wrapped; everyone in my family is getting one! (for little boys there is the gorgeous Rocket Box containing bath bombs and bubble bars) www.lush.com.au

Clarins Luscious Lips Gift Set for my gorgeous girls from Adore Beauty. These are the best lip glosses around and come packaged in a beautiful red velvet pouch, find them at  www.adorebeauty.com.au

For the SNAGs in my life (Sensitive New Age Guys) a Cade gift pack from LÓccitane – This range especially for men is fantastic (my husband loves it) and really who doesn’t love a little pampering? (their hand creams for the girls are also amazing) www.loccitane.com.au

This Red Dove Tote from Apple and Bee - what a gorgeous gift for anyone or use it as a stocking and fill with treats. While I'm shopping I think I will order a wooden handled clutch to put under the tree for myself! See them here www.appleandbeeshop.com

Finally at the top of the "Weirdest Christmas Present List" is the Morph Suit above left (my daughter just purchased a purple one for herself.) What is a Morph Suit? Click and see for yourself ... www.morphsuits.com.au
